ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS ARE NOW ABLE TO ACCESS THEIR RESPECTIVE ACCOUNTS on the web. HOW? LOG IN TO ULINK. SELECT EMPLOYEE TAB. BROWSE DOWN ON LOWER LEFT TO "STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS" AND SELECT. ENTER THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE MONTH (CCYYMM) YOU WISH TO VIEW/PRINT, ETC. For now, only Department Heads with their name associated with an account are able to access the account. In future, all the administrative heads and vice-presidents that these departments fall under in the organizational structure will have access.
