Mission Statement

 

The Assistant Vice President for Financial Services is responsible for the fiscal operations of the University. The Office for Financial Services approves all purchase requisitions and account expenditures. This office is responsible for budget prep and production, all financial reporting, and all grants coordination (federal, state, local and private). This office is reponsible for the general supervision of all business operations of the University and related financial services, which include the General Fund (or Operating Fund), Auxiliary Funds, Restricted Funds and non-Restricted funds. This office reports to the Vice President for Administration and Finance.

It is this office mission to meet and exceed the general expectations of the governing bodies, University students and student organizations and University staff.
